JNR Adjustment Company, Inc. is looking for self-motivated and experienced collectors in the Maitland area. Consumer, commercial collections, third party collections and property damage recovery experience is a plus along with commercial collectors and collectors with experience in the medical and rental car industry.
Responsibilities
Collection representatives are responsible for outbound/inbound fielding, and resolving calls from consumers, insurance companies and attorneys regarding unpaid accounts.
The representatives must resolve questions and perform tasks related to: securing payment over the telephone from consumers, resolving consumer’s balances by offering and accepting all appropriate payment arrangements, understanding the charges, providing accurate information and facilitating resolution to customer’s inquiries while representing our client’s in a professional and positive manner.

Great negotiations and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and overall computer skills
